The Juries
The Jury of each section is composed of Italian and foreign eminent musicians, musicologists, critics and artists. Chairman of the Juries is the Artistic Director of the Viotti Competitions.
Members of the Juries who have or have had, during the two years before the starting date of the Competition didactic relationships with one or more contestants, must retain from taking part in the discussion and in the voting during the examinations of the competitors who have been their pupils. This abstension must be clearly reported in the minutes. During the first meeting, each member of the Jury must sign a statement about his personal situation regarding the contestants with regard to the above.
